He is author of several leadership and organizational development papers, and the books The Nature of Business (2012), The Illusion of Separation (2014) and Future Fit (2016). Over the last 25 years he has been an international Management Consultant and Head of Practice with KPMG, and Global Sustainability Director for Atos, a technology multinational with over 100,000 employees worldwide.
He has helped transform organizations across the world, and across all sectors, has been interviewed by the BBC and advises a number of forward-thinking leadership academies. He contributes to international business school research, runs deep-dive transformation Learning Journeys, is Chair of The Future-Fit Leadership Academy is co-founder of Regenerators, co-founder of Biomimicry for Creative Innovation and an executive coach to senior leaders. He runs a 60-acre ancient woodland Leadership Immersion center near London, UK.
